Items 104-111 – Andover 5000 Campus, Facilities Building.

PICKUP DAYS/TIMES:

Please pay attention to item location when bidding and make sure pickup dates/times will work for your schedule! 

El Dorado pickup – October 19th from 4pm-6pm

Andover pickup – October 19th from 4pm-6pm

Items #2, #104, #105, and #106 will need to have special arrangements made with Sundgren Realty & Butler Community College for removal. These pieces will have the power supply disconnected by the seller but will remain as they are and in the locations that they are in. They are inside classrooms now. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange movement of these pieces. If the buyer has no way of moving the items themselves, Belger Cartage, (316) 943-0101 is the company who moved them in place and could be called for a quote by the bidders and at the buyer’s expense. This is not an expense that Sundgren Auction Co. or Butler Community College will be responsible for, this will be at the buyer’s expense. Sundgren Auction & Butler Community College does not have the equipment required to assist in moving these items.

TERMS: There will be a 10% buyers premium on all purchases. All items sold as-is, where-is. Payment will only be accepted via credit card for this auction. The credit card used to register for the auction will be automatically charged for all items purchased. All lots will have a soft close, meaning if a bid is received on an item within 60 seconds of auction end, that item will automatically extend another 60 seconds. There will be ONE item removal window ONLY PER LOCATION. Any item left after October 19th 2022 will no longer be available for pickup unless specified otherwise.

Please verify pickup date/times BEFORE bidding. All online bids are binding and final. Please bring your own moving equipment, boxes and labor. Sundgren Realty & Auction CAN NOT assist in moving items, please come prepared. It is the responsibility of the buyer to bring receipt showing items have been paid in full.
