TERMS: There will be a 10% buyers premium on all purchases. All items sold as-is, where-is. Payment will only be accepted via Credit for this auction. The credit card used to register for the auction will be automatically charged for all items purchased. All lots will have a soft close, meaning if a bid is received on an item within 60 seconds of auction end, that item will automatically extend another 60 seconds. There will be TWO item removal windows ONLY. Any item left after 10/7/2020 will no longer be available for pickup, so please verify pickup date/times BEFORE bidding. Please bring your own moving equipment and labor. Sundgren Realty & Auction CAN NOT assist in moving items, please come prepared. It is the responsibility of the buyer to bring receipt showing items have been paid in full.
