PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:  IMMEDIATE POSSESSION!  240+- acres of native Flint Hills pasture located south of Beaumont, Kansas.  Water sources on the property are 3/4 of a large watershed lake and a large pond.  Access is by a good road less than a mile from blacktop.  This is a very clean tract of land with only a small amount of timber lining the drainage into the neck of the watershed lake.  This property is selling surface rights only.

TERMS:  Earnest money is $50,000 due at the conclusion of the Auction with the balance due upon Sellers submission of merchantable title and closing. Closing date shall be on or before May 15, 2014.
